This is an opportunity to make your mark in an agency that makes memorable and creative ads and campaigns for their clients.
The speed read:
You will be a happy blend of account and project manager, equally comfortable working with clients as tying down the functional elements of a project (budgets, schedules, process).
The facts:
Day to day you will be managing the process of getting the projects briefed and happening in the agency.
You will have 1-2 years of solid agency experience. You get the process. You are happy talking to designers, planners and other account managers to get information through and expectations managed.
You don't have to have to worked in broadcast, although it would help. But it's not a must-have. So if you have worked in brand or comms, and are interested in ad and campaign, this could be an interesting move.
You need to be highly organised, ambitious, have a point of view and not be scared to express it. You like to ask smart questions and use your time well.
You'll be:

  •  A fan of process, but happy to flex and make things happen for your clients.
  •  Happy supporting more senior client services people
  •  Really keen to learn and soak up new skills
  •  A delight to have around
