They work with businesses and charities on creative yet meaningful projects, from concept right through to delivery, to help make a difference and help make people care. There's no such thing as a typical day in this action-packed agency, but your core responsibilities will include:

+ Understanding what audiences want, where they live and what media they engage
+ Providing the strategic thinking and reasoning for creative directions 
+ Being client-facing! Attending client briefings, project meetings and debriefs
+ Helping facilitate workshops defining the audience, objectives and KPIs
+ Creating audience segmentations, personas, and help clients select the right channels
+ Finding insights for campaigns and brand strategy work 
+ Running immersion stage including stakeholder workshops, surveys, focus groups and interviews
+ Writing up pitch decks along with the creative teams and researching new business opportunities
