Senior Digital Product designer (Senior Designer UI)

We're looking for a pro-active, creative, thorough and collaborative Senior Digital Product UI Designer. This will be an ASAP start, working on an exciting project designing products and applications for an exciting brand who is always looking to disrupt. The agency are about to embark on the production phase, they'll be working at pace - designing, learning and iterating in multidisciplinary teams, to ship a product that challenges the boundaries of what digital can achieve in an immersive interactive experience.

Skills

  • You have the ability to create meaningful, user centred and strategic design solutions that have both rigour and moments of surprise and delight.
  • To demonstrate a full understanding of each client's brand, values and ambitions and instinctive brand awareness and demonstrated experience of pushing boundaries and evolving brands
  • The ability to contribute to strategic content for brand, service and product propositions working with strategy, UX and technology team members

Experience

  • Experience in shipping an end-to-end digital product is essential.
  • Proficient working in Sketch and Invision
  • Must feel comfortable working in a collaborative environment of mixed-disciplinary teams and closely with clients
  • Experience in interaction design, motion and prototyping is a requirement (Principle/Flint and After Effects)

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership and accountability across your own track of work, working closely with the UX and Design leads to maintain consistent, high quality thinking and output.
  • Demonstrate your experience in designing for products, and be proactive in contributing to and building on existing team processes, helping to enhance our ways of working when needed.
  • Provide Design leadership within your own track team
  • Work closely and collaboratively with visual designers, content managers, product owner and UX lead.
  • Regularly liaise, update, present and work collaboratively with clients and stakeholders.
