Our client, a fully integrated independent London creative agency are looking for an enthusiastic, proactive Office Assistant to join their growing team.

You will be working alongside the Office Manager to help assist in keeping the office running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Qualities, Skills and Responsibilities

  • Meeting all guests at Reception 

  • Switchboard assistance 

  • Booking couriers & taxis when required 

  • Collecting deliveries for directors from reception 

  • Assist with putting stocks & deliveries away in allocated areas 

  • Providing general adhoc administration support to our Office Manager, Account Management, 
Business Development and Creative teams 

  • Working with Finance team as and when required i.e. matching POs, checking statement to ledgers, filing and adhoc assistance 

  • Meeting room duties; preparing refreshments inc. set up and clear down areas 

  • Help maintain a clear desk policy and clean kitchen & office environment 

  • Assisting with preparing expenses claims 

  • Chasing timesheets & inputting, create daily report 

  • Postal duties 

  • Help organise fun and creative staff social events 


  • Excellent Microsoft Office knowledge 

  • Super savvy social media skills 

  • A polite and clear phone manner 

  • A friendly team player, who is happy to help out as and where needed 

  • Good client facing, interpersonal & communications skills 

  • A strong attention to detail 

  • Good Organisational skills 

  • The ability and flexibility to drop what you are doing to help with something more urgent
