Job Functions

As part of our long-term planning we are now looking to make a strategic appointment at Associate Director level in our London Studio.

Our London studio opened in 2013. We are now seeking to recruit a talented and dynamic Architect, to work as an Associate Director, with experience in the London market. The successful candidate will have a flair for Architecture and Design, a high level of commercial acumen and the ability to develop the London business, working with new and existing clients.

Associate Director Specific Skills/Experience Required:

The ability to develop new business on behalf of the practice; excellent client facing skills; the ability to lead and to work as part of a team; strong presentation and communication skills; the skills required to develop innovative and high quality design solutions; the ability to lead new projects from the concept stage; ambition, self-confidence and possess a determination to deliver excellence; a minimum six years post RIBA Part 3 relevant UK experience.

Given the context surrounding this particular appointment there are excellent opportunities for career progression. The successful candidate will have the personality to shine as part of the existing small yet talented London team and have an opportunity to develop their career alongside the development of this studio. Ideally he/she will have experience in good quality residential and commercial design, as this would add to the existing team's expertise. However, this is not an essential requirement and experience in other sectors may be equally beneficial.

There is a competitive package on offer for the right candidate and a genuine opportunity for progression within the practice as an Associate Director and moving forward towards Directorship and Partnership. For more information please call Greg on 02036800687 or send CV's with Associate Director in the subject headline.
