Creative Studio Manager
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Studio/Traffic Manager to join a leading retail brand. You'll be responsible for managing and scheduling creative briefs as well as print production, planning of film and photoshoots and implementation of window schemes. You’ll need strong project management skills and experience of working on briefs ranging from moving image to print and online. This role would suit a good all-rounder who is capable of juggling multiple tasks and taking responsibility for operations and administration within a busy in-house studio. You’ll support the Head of Creative by overseeing the end-to-end production of all in-house projects, helping to prioritise the team's workload ; ensuring that they are aware of daily priorities and resources are in place. Your role will include scheduling, budgeting, billing, engagement of freelancers and provision of facilities. We’re looking for an excellent communicator who can liaise with a variety of internal/external stakeholders in the UK/worldwide. You will be forward thinking and driven with excellent problem solving and negotiation skills. A dedicated team player who is confident at juggling multiple priorities in a fast paced, deadline driven environment. Ess skills: MS Word & Excel. A good working understanding of Adobe CS is also a bonus.
