Midweight Strategist

This award-winning Design Consultancy, based in South West London, are looking for a Midweight Strategist to join their growing team full-time. This person will work across all clients including, tobacco, FMCG and alcohol.

Role requirements:

  • Working closely with the Director of Strategy and more junior team members to manage projects efficiently
  • Working on a variety of projects, from positioning briefs, structural design & innovation to product design
  • Providing strategic thinking, backed by market insights and trends, to clients
  • Working and coordinating with 2D and 3D design teams
  • Playing an active part in new business and contributing to thought-leadership on behalf of the agency
  • Working with account and creative teams on briefs from start to finish

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have extensive experience as a brand strategist in a similar agency environment
  • Have proven experience providing insights and trends to develop strategic direction for brands
  • Have experience in future forecasting
  • Have an entrepreneurial and proactive mindset
  • Have excellent all-round communication skills
  • Be a self-starter who's not afraid to speak-out and lead initiatives
