Position: Operations Manager

They have been collaborating with some of the world’s leading brands such as Pfizer, GES, Accor Hotels, Samsung and Vodafone, to create global AV solutions and experiences that benchmark the market. Commercially, our work utilises resonating digital content, display and audio technology, to ensure the maximum exposure is achieved and a co-ordinated solution is delivered.
They are looking to recruit an energetic and passionate AV Operations Manager to be part of exiting growth and to be an inspirational team leader of the AV & logistics team. As you are already working with some of the latest LED, Touch Screen & Digital AV technology, your experience of dry hire / exhibition / project planning, logistics and AV Installations will be integral to the success of your role.
Your ideas and attention to detail will be essential tools in helping us continue to deliver exceptional experiential AV installations & experiences. The majority of this role will be based in the Buckingham facility, however the willingness to travel (approx. 20-30%) in line with the needs of the business (mainly UK and Europe) is also a prerequisite for this role.
Ability to work on multiple projects from start to finish.
• Knowledge of the exhibition and events industry is ideal.
• Up to date knowledge of the latest AV and IT technology available – reporting as such to the Operations Director
• Excellent technical experience with digital signage, touch screens, LED video walls etc
