The junior designer that successfully fills this position will be making a meaningful contribution to the design process from their first day. The studio is boutique sized, but works on projects the scale of large architecture practices. The culture of the studio is to give their designers to opportunity to grow and to fulfil their potential. The director wants designers to be able to utilise their skills and be given the chance to learn new ones. The projects coming out of the studio are often large-scale workplace projects, often for companies housed in London’s landmark buildings. This role doesn’t require extensive experience, all that is required is a well presented portfolio that demonstrates a design ability. Strong communication skills are a must.
