About the Role 

My client a global leader in research and analysis requires a highly creative individual, to join the team in their new offices in Central London. They require an experienced designer that can help grow and scale their global brand awareness. The Designer will work with the Marketing team to produce content that is on brand, captivating, engaging and beautiful. They are currently in the process of building an entirely new website and blog, as well as redefining our brand look and feel. The designer will be a key part of these discussions and have a fundamental impact in any final decisions. 

Working on a range of projects you will be experienced in designing social media ads, banners, website and landing pages, ebooks, email, etc… they are also looking for someone who can produce visually stunning infographics, interactive content and video. 

Day-To-Day Responsibilities 

  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to understand workload priorities 
  • Produce designs across multiple formats to the spec needed 
  • Liaise with the web agency/creative agency on any projects that require third party involvement 
  • Analyse current asset performance and strategize ways to improve 
  • Think creatively to drive the brand awareness and messaging further with their target audiences 
  • Present finalised ideas and concepts across different teams in the company 

Experience & Qualities Desired 

  • BS/MS in Design or equivalent experience 
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing 
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript 
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments 
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages 
  • Keep up to date with the latest design trends and technologies 
  • Ability to prioritise your work load based on timelines for completing different projects considering business requirements 
  • Strong analytical and data-driven thinking 
  • Experience working with Hubspot preferred 
  • Availability and right to work in London (UK) 

Salary & Benefits
