 An experienced Sales Administrator is required by a premium fabrics and furnishings company based in Battersea. The company is well known for its exquisite understated silks, linens, suede and leathers. The fabrics are found in some of the most luxurious private residences and hotels as well as cruise ships, private yachts and jets.

The Sales Administrator will need to be results driven and highly organised with a keen interest in luxury design, textiles and fabrics. A high level of customer service experience is required along with the ability to be able to multi-task and work in a busy environment.

The role will involve:

Creating and developing strong relationships with clients over the telephone and via email

Processing sales and purchase orders quickly and with a close attention to detail

Contacting new clients to promote products via email and calls when required

Analyse sales patterns and trends and interpret sales data

Be proactive in offering ideas for growing the UK sales strategy

Candidates will need to come from another similar business and have experience of working in a customer service / client support role.

The role will be based in a lively, friendly office environment. The working hours are Monday to Friday 9am – 5.30pm. A competitive salary is on offer from £22,000 - £29,000 based on experience.
