Project Manager

End to end project management of campaigns from first creative brief through to delivery of final assets, requiring you to:

  • Ÿ Define & manage project scope
  • Ÿ Generate project estimates and detailed, client-facing timing plans
  • Ÿ Ensure the team works to the agreed schedule for the duration of the project, identifying early on any issues that might prevent delivery to deadline and taking timely action to mitigate the risk

Ÿ Maintain tight control of campaign budgets

Ÿ Work closely with the Resource Manager & CSD to ensure the correct match of skillsets to brief & budget

Ÿ Drive optimum use of internal resource ensuring that, when necessary, any freelance resource is affordable & within budget

Ÿ Timetable and drive weekly status meetings ensuring full team alignment on priorities, budgets & timelines

Ÿ Schedule all internal briefings, WIPs & reviews allowing the requisite time for creative development

Ÿ Control & monitor creative schedules & workflow to ensure teams work to agreed budgets & schedule

Ÿ Traffic amends through the agency effectively to minimise cost & maximise profitablity

Ÿ Manage relationships, specifications, costs, timings & delivery with all 3rd party production partners

Ÿ Present a weekly financial status & reconciliation across your projects to the HoPM & Finance Director

Ÿ Secure all necessary approvals & sign off prior to release of final assets

Ÿ Champion effective process within the agency, and drive best practice within the project team

Ÿ Work with Account Management to secure pipeline visibility & upfront project planning

Ÿ Think creatively, identify issues and work with the HoPM to agree & then implement solutions

Ÿ Ensure all agency teams have what they need to deliver on brief, on budget and on time


You will need:

Solid Shopper Retail experience in a similar role, in an agency enviroment

Experience producing toolkits, to tight timelines, whilst maintaining creative & design excellence

Strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a pressurised, fast-turnaround environment

Sharp financial acumen.

Experience of managing teams

Excellent communication skills - you will need to be able to communicate complex information clearly and succinctly

A collaborative, team-orientated approach to the work and to your colleagues

A disciplined, driven, results-based approach to delivery and quality of output

A highly organized individual you will be adept at managing multiple projects, teams and budgets simultaneously
