They want a unique design talent whose strengths and passions lie in the craft of design, a designer bursting with enthusiasm and a can-do attitude, who isn’t afraid of developing concepts and craft throughout the process. Someone who constantly asks – “how can I make this better?” They’ll inspire the team with stuff they’ve seen, as they want someone interested & curious about everything.
You must inspire; be happy presenting your work to both clients and colleagues. Experience with Integrated ideas and a combination of the following brand development/ guidelines, visualisation, online/apps/animation and experiential. Oh, and we love to see sketches/storyboards too – anything that shows how you have nurtured an idea from concept to delivery.
