Innovative design agency is looking for a versatile midweight designer to join their small but perfectly formed team!

From beautifully functional web and app design to engaging social content and advertising creative, great design is at the centre of everything our client does.

Working under the Art Director/Lead designer, core responsibilities will include:
Leading the UI/UX design on a range of website/app build projects
Production of wireframes and user flows
Design of beautiful, user-friendly interfaces across all devices and screen sizes
Contributing to creative direction of all the agency’s design and creative output
Understanding the business needs of the client, and how these translate to design work
The ideal candidate will:
Have a natural flair and passion for design
Have a deep understanding of best practice for digital design including responsive and adaptive
Demonstrate high attention to detail and uphold the highest standards of design at all times
Work collaboratively with the wider team
Have great time management skills, ensuring work is completed within the allotted time frame
Act as a point of reference for other designers and pro-actively look to help others out when the need arises
