Leading Central London creative agency, who are part of a wider global network, are looking for a Client Services Director/ Group Account Director to join them in a role that is pivotal to the continuing success of the business.

The agency works with a number of national and international brands across a variety of sectors.  The company was recently acquired by a global network who have financially back the company's expansion plans.

In short the position requires an experienced individual to confidently deliver three core priorities:

  • Managing the account services team and existing client base.
  • Partner the CD in the development of new business opportunities across the agency network.
  • Strategy & Insight 

Additional aspects of the role will require:

  • Working closely with the Creative Director to play a significant role in new business development.
  • Shopper marketing experience. 
  • Opportunity to have direct influence over everything they do
  • Expanding existing relationships with key pillar clients.
  • Offer support through channel expertise on new business efforts.
  • Mentor and manage the account services team.
  • Be a strategic thinker, problem solver and excellent communicator. 
  • Have a collaborative nature and be willing to partner with different areas of the network in building the current business.
  • Shopper marketing experience.
