Looking for a driven and motivated Business Development Manager able to generate Interior architecture & Interior design projects for end user UHNW's, high profile developments, sophisticated /professional developers, hotels, wellness, food and beverage.

*Provide input to sales strategy for consideration
*Implement Sales strategy
*Monitor & Report sales results, KPI's, pipeline & role responsibilities - monthly.
*Monitor & Report conversion rate improvements across all channels - monthly
*Monitor & Report sales budgets and ROI analysis - monthly
*Develop & maintain records for all reporting
*Develop & Lead Sales team & Brand Ambassadors in line with strategy.
*Six Steps (sales) training for all relevant staff to improve conversion rates
*Coordinate closely with Operations with lead times, requirements, design pitches
project criteria, handovers, client maintenance etc.
*Lead qualification compliance, converting pipeline (unless assigned to others)
*Delivering and executing prospecting and contact strategies
*Monthly cross over meetings with Marketing, input on sales materials, presentation
materials, events, campaigns etc to drive increased revenue and brand exposure,
client retention etc.
*Proactively building new business contacts through networking
