This Travel Agency is top class, for those with a genuine traveller's eye and who enjoy the nice things in life. It's family owned and employs a little over 50 dedicated people in its London offices, based in beautiful surroundings near Putney.
You'll be a Brand and Communications Manager, who has ideally worked with clients within the private clubs, hotels, travel or leisure industry, with experience in both creative agency or integrated communications. You'll be getting behind their branding and developing their tone of voice, online content, social media, as well as creating brand partnerships with other top luxury names. It's not for the faint hearted but it'll be one huge adventure.
The company is a success story but like many businesses, needs to be clear on its brand, its story and how this is constantly conveyed to the outside world. As their Brand and Communications Manager, you'll work closely with an external creative agency to define and develop its current positioning and brand storyboard, and help to manage a fully operational Marketing Team, served by writers, PR, Comms, PPC and designers.
There's travel too, as you'll get to visit some of their key destinations to ensure the whole 'customer experience' is on brand. The South of France, Italy, Greece, the Adriatic Coast and so on - to name a few! What's not to like?
| Previous experience within a similar sector
| A firm grasp of social media and the digital landscape
| Good eye for creative and can develop ideas and strategies that can be implemented across multiple touchpoints
| Naturally good taste and an eye for what 'good' looks like
| Ideally an understanding of consumer experience and brand engagement too
