Our client is one of the world’s leading customer insight companies. They analyse data and apply insights to help companies create better, more personalised customer experiences. They are now looking for an analytically-minded Account Manager to make price and promotion, recommendations to clients.

As Account Manager, you'll support the delivery of bespoke solution projects to retailers, enabling them to better meet customers’ needs.

Key responsibilities:

  • Utilise market solution tools to drive insightful recommendations to manufacturers and retailers
  • Support the development of the company’s expertise in relevant solutions activities
  • Support client deliveries from proposal to final delivery stage
  • Project manage client deliveries and new engagements

Skills & Experience required:

  • Experience utilising insights and data
  • Analytically-minded but confident client relationship builder
  • Passionate about technology and the ability to train others (internally or suppliers)
  • Ideally previous experience with a retailer, working in price and promotions
  • Degree in maths/science/tech focused or equivalent would be ideal
  • Confident using Excel spreadsheets
