Part 2 Assistant Architect | Award Winning Projects | London | £24-30K p/a

This amazing opportunity has come up for the right Assistant Part 2 Architect with the right attitude. The client is award winning design lead practice with Residential and Hospitality projects based in cool part of London looking to hire Part 2 Assistant Architect for the planning team.

The roles includes but is not limited to the following:

  • Prepare and develop conceptual design proposals under the direction of the Director
  • Prepare presentation material, including 3D images for presentation to the client
  • Candidates should be able to demonstrate excellent design and 3D modelling samples in portfolio
  • A good understanding of design and software packages including AutoCAD, InDesign and 3D modelling would be advantageous
  • Previous RIBA 1-4 experience would be ideal with UK planning application knowledge is desirable.
