Architect | Residential & Education Projects | London | £DOE


Proud to be working with a client established over 40 years ago with excellent design lead portfolio of projects including iconic and inspiring buildings and developments. Due to a recent increase & sustainable workload the client needs experienced Part 2 or a recently qualified Part 3 Architect to join their team.


The role is for someone who is confident dealing with clients and contractors and have delivery experience in Prime residential and or Education sectors.
Ideally you will be able to work through all work stages under the direction of the Associate Director / Director.


About You:

  • Must be fully proficient with AutoCAD and Revit in an office environment
  • Have a solid work history
  • Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team
  • Experience with 3D studio max, Rhino, InDesign and Photoshop.
  • Ability to demonstrate a technical understanding of how a building is put together.
  • A good understanding of UK Building regulations as well as Lifetime Home, CDM, CFSH and BREEAM requirements


Desirable qualities & skills:

  • Evidence of the ability to understand design decisions taken by others
  • An understanding of Business development by maintaining good relations with clients, consultants and contractors.
