Our client based in Central London have an opportunity for a passionate, proactive and data-driven Marketing Manager to be part of their team at a very exciting time. Our client have recently committed significant investment to the digital transformation and the Marketing Manager will play an important role shaping and rolling out these changes. This includes significant input into our new CRM system and website. The Marketing Manager has three direct reports – a Marketing Executive and two Designers.

Key responsibilities

Strategy planning and deployment
Work with the Director of Marketing to deliver the long-term marketing strategy, in consultation with our clients to:
Support the delivery of the annual marketing plan which encapsulates the digital transformation vision for all activity and customer/stakeholder touch points
Work with the Digital Marketing Manager to define and deliver a CRM strategy which enables data driven communication and campaigns across the full marketing mix
Play an integral role launching our clients new corporate website in September 2017, including UAT, content migration, interval stakeholder management and external communications

Marketing and communication
Custodian of our clients marketing and communication channels, including web, email, print publications, mobile
Ongoing management of the our clients website including look and feel, content curation, overall performance, lead generation and analytics and reporting
Work closely with the relevant personnel to use the newly implemented CRM system to propose and deliver data-driven marketing campaigns
Implement personalised user journeys on the our client website and ensure a schedule of developments are delivered across all our clients online and offline touch points
Coordination of our clients email communication activity, working with teams to ensure eshots are on-brand, optimised and broadcast in a timely manner
Work with the Digital Marketing Manager to deploy a social media strategy which amplifies the our clients brand and messages; and enables connectivity between its members and stakeholders
Coordination and delivery of the organisations print and publication requirements and advising the in-house design team
Conduct an audit across all communication channels to ensure they are mobile-friendly
Working closely with our clients teams to implement marketing campaigns to maximise membership, influence, revenue and customer service
Utilise the newly implemented CRM to identify an deliver data-driven campaigns to acquire and retain members
Drive awareness and acquisition through an effective SEO and paid search strategy
Manage lead generation technology utilised by our client to support the Membership and Export Documents teams to drive sales

Brand and positioning
Ownership and overall responsibility for the our clients brand and positioning, including:
management of the design team to ensure that all corporate materials in line with our clients brand guidelines
review our clients brand and advise and lead on subsequent work

Manage the Marketing Executive and Design team to ensure that all projects are delivered on time and to budget
Represent the team at Middle Management Team (MMT) and Communications Group and make an effective contribution
Lead and encourage effective communication and working relationships between teams

Skills and Experience
Experience delivering data driven marketing campaigns and a solid knowledge of CRM systems, specifically Microsoft CRM
Prior responsibility managing website content management systems, preferably Kentico, including content migration and website launch strategies
Strong people management experience
