Junior Project Manager

So it's a brilliant opportunity for a Junior Project Manager, probably with 1-2 years' experience and ideally having worked in areas of design such as retail, environments, 2D, 3D, graphics, experiential, any digital always a big bonus. Any one of all of these would be perfect!
This creative agency are nearly 30 strong, oh-so-tasteful studios with a vibrant culture - they work hard but they play hard. They have a solid structure and processes in place, and it's needed because they're working with some seriously big names in the world of retail, consumer as well as more corporate sectors too.
What do they do exactly - this is the clever part. Through expert strategy and design, they help to develop 'retail experience masterplans'. It's a very rounded offer, not just the look and feel of a space, but the whole communication and experience within that space, from staff behaviour models and engagement plans to consumer behaviour and response, looking at the future retail vision, to full implementation of environments across 2D and 3D design, through to graphics, interactive, film, digital comms. There's a lot going on but it's brilliant!
Their skill set is broad, from retail to digital touchpoints, how consumers react with environment and retail services.
As a junior Project Manager, you need to be super organised and 'on it', that's a given, but also naturally proactive, don't wait to be asked. And be able to rock with this hugely positive and driven team!
