An award-winning London based Architectural Practice is looking for a Team Administrator to join their team. The role will also include assistance to the Partners and Practice Manager. This is a great opportunity for an individual with strong administration skills to become part of a dynamic and fun team.

Duties include:

  • Assisting practice manager with smooth running of office
  • Assist with fire safety and first aid once trained
  • Assist with office repairs and refurbishment projects
  • Printing, archiving, filling and storing project files
  • Assisting with smooth running of office events
  • Basic IT support including stocking printers
  • Arranging internal and external meetings
  • Diary management for partners
  • Booking travel and accommodation
  • Typing and minute taking
  • Occasional reception cover when required
  • Updating contacts database
  • Acting as point of contact in architect's absence

Skills required:

  • Good working knowledge of MS office - Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Experience of using database and data inputting
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to work within team and on own initiative
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage workload
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Flexible attitude
  • Good problem solving skills
  • Overall a proven excellent administrator
  • Use of creative software packages such as InDesign desirable but not essential
