Mid-weight FF&E Designer
I am currently working closely with a Renowned Architectural and Design Practice that is looking to recruit a Mid-weight FF&E Designer. Huge name globally across super High-end Hospitality / Residential Design with a project pipeline in both the UK and internationally.
It's a really exciting time for this business, currently in the process of it's expanding its Interiors Teams at all Levels after securing a number of major projects. The nice thing about this company is that you will be working behind a huge name that is recognised across the globe for its award-winning designs; however the London Office is quite unique in the sense that it is mid-size and has kept a nice family feel to it. Based in a picturesque area of West London, this company is now looking to bring a Mid-weight FF&E Designer on board in a permanent role. This position is offering the selected Mid-weight FF&E Designer training / support, responsibility in the workplace and huge scope for progression.
The selected Mid-weight FF&E Designer will be involved in the following day-to-day activities;
- Attending initial concept meetings
- Sourcing & selecting materials / finishes
- Mood boards
- Maintain and develop existing relationships with suppliers
- Working closely with Interior Designers to prepare FF&E schedules
- Ensure FF&E library / sample area is managed
The successful Mid-weight FF&E Designer will have the following;
- Experience in High-end Hospitality / Residential Design
- Experience in FF&E and dealing with suppliers
- Good knowledge of products and materials
- Up to date with Industry Design trends
- Confident and articulate
