Marketing Executive / Office Manager
A creative property company based in East London, are looking for a Marketing Executive / Office Manager to join their highly skilled team.
Working with unique creative business's, the company offers an alternative take on the traditional property market.
What's the role?
This role is to assist across all Marketing and PR responsibilities, as well as help with ad-hoc duties, and Office Management duties across the London office.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting with the production of marketing collateral
- Updating and monitoring websites
- Social Media Management
- Coordinate and assist on exhibitions
- Updating social boards
- Ensuring a strict brand TOV
- Management of an online photo library
- Public Relations
- Event Management
- Office Management Duties ensuring the office runs smoothly
Who's their ideal candidate?
Their ideal candidate is a Marketing professional, who doesn't mind getting stuck in! You will have exceptional organisational skills and strong communication and interpersonal skills too. You will be a 'can do' candidate, and have a flexible ability to priorities work. Attention to detail is key, as is previous proven Marketing Experience.
