Account Director: £45-55k doe. To start ASAP.

Based in Essex. 20 minutes from Liverpool Street station. Close to station. Easy Commute.

**This role is to support the Head of Client Operations in the overall running of their largest key account solely. You will be managing a large team of 25 with direct reports of 8 initially. You will assist with the long term progression and development of the business.**

They need someone with energy and enthusiasm to help drive the account forward, mentor the team members in their roles, and also ensure that the high volume of projects and revenue on this account stay on track. Agency/marketing background is key, as is a good breadth of experience as a senior manager.

My client is a digital agency based in Essex with a new and exciting role for an experienced Account Director to work on an innovative automotive client and others sectors should you wish.

You will be working in a client services team with a dedicated project manager for this account. The agency has technical experts but a passion for new digital and an understanding of tech is preferred.

You will ideally be from a medium - large sized agency and currently hold a similar position. They will consider senior account managers looking for a step up.

You will provide strategic solutions and direction for your client. You must understand and implement short and long term strategies for them and add value in project delivery. You will lead and motivate a team ensuring the highest overall client satisfaction and quality are maintained and exceeded.

You will be expected to liaise and collaborate closely with operational teams across all business areas including CGI, Digital, Creative Print Production and Data, to ensure we always deliver to brief, on time, and on budget so an working understanding of these areas is a must.

Standard AD duties apply, brief creation, budgets, planning, stakeholder management, forecasting, documentation and reporting.

You will also be expected to identify new business opportunities to grow your accounts.

* This agency have 2 AD roles to fill so should automotive not be for you they have clients across retail, virtual reality and travel sectors to name a few.

There is a large amount of work still on printed brochures, however the digital side is growing in relation to the apps and configurator sites, plus new technologies we are looking at (VR/gaming).
