A brand design consultancy are searching for a strategic Account Director to join their vibrant London studio.

The agency predominately works with FMCG brands, so an Account Director with FMCG experience is a must. This is NOT a role for an Senior Account Manager looking for a step up but an established Director able to grow business.


•Strategically leading projects you’ll demonstrate creativity, intellect and effectiveness to problem solving.
•You’ll understand how branding solves the problems faced by your clients, and you’ll delight them by bringing well thought out solutions to the table.
•Facilitating briefing sessions with the client to own the project scope, and ensuring correct resources are aligned to project.
•Ensuring the financial and creative success of the project brief is met and delivered on time and on budget through regular review of the work, financials, accurate forecasting and correct resourcing.
•Demonstrate awareness, keeping abreast of customer insights and trends, seeking opportunities to introduce the client.
•Working with the Client Partner to help realise, identify opportunities to grow business from within your existing client portfolio, and drive revenue opportunities from new sources by way of business development.
•Maintaining long lasting and profitable relationships will be key, as will be the ability to identify and activate brand new streams of work.

Experience required:

• At least 3 years in a similar Account Director role.
• Agency experience is imperative.
• An agile mind and inquisitive nature.
• A passion for design and the ability to develop effective brands.
