The role reports to a group account director who has been at the agency for a while and will be a brilliant mentor, but also enough space for you to grow into a more established account director. There are two more junior people on the team so there is a chance to mentor and grow as a manager. There is one major client and several small clients within this team so you must be able to work on multiple projects at the same time. You will work across all digital media - so a good grasp of all things creative in build, content and comms would be essential. You don't need to be the finished article strategically - but have the desire and ability to think strategically and want to develop your skills in that area.
This person must come from a similar digital agency with some experience. You must enjoy working on campaigns from start to finish and have strong delivery as well as account management skills. You must be able to work with the digital production team on online projects and support the group account director on identifying growth opportunities within clients.
