The speed read:

If you are a solid mid-weight creative artworker/designer who enjoys working as part of a small and tight-knit team, then this could be the role for you.

This small but perfectly formed privately owned studio based in East London is looking for a creative and versatile person to join expanding team.

The facts:

You will either be stepping into early mid-weight, or already at this level (3+ years), with strong end to end skills, from concept to execution, with solid print-process knowledge essential, experience of visualisation and packing ideally. This lovely studio works broadly with clients in the hospitality and retail sectors, so any experience you have within these sectors would be great, but not essential - the main thing is that your folio shows strong commercial projects with well executed work. You will also have already been used to lots of responsibility, and have a folio with high quality creative and craft in it.

Day to day you will be involved in brand and marketing communication and campaign projects, working on a range of touchpoints - anything from print to packaging to digital, so you should have a varied folio to highlight your skills.

You'll be:

Meticulous about the detail

Well crafted execution with strong visualisation and artworking skills

Self-motivated and nice to have around
