This small branding/communications agency does amazingly lovely and innovative work in the property sector - often with luxury developers - and they're really keen to find an equally amazing design director to join them.
They're based in Central London, and this is a new role for them - the Creative Director is pretty swamped and he needs a kind of "right hand person" who can help to lead projects, but also be hands-on as a designer, and client facing of course.
The chance here to get close to and stay close to your clients and projects is guaranteed, and they are not large, so they're not particularly hierarchical - they also pick some very talented designers, so you'd have some great people to work with for sure.
Business is booming - and some of their clients are particularly prestigious, so of course there's the opportunity to commission some fabulously luxurious print, as well as online, environmental, core identity - all that you'd expect from a high quality property branding/marketing agency.
They are looking for someone who's either already at design director level, so used to helping to lead project teams - or someone who's at the top end of senior designer and wanting to step up to DD level, and who also has previous experience of property branding.
They'd like you to be a "teaching not telling" and inclusive leader/mentor of designers, and of course a naturally good communicator. But also someone who values design craft as well as core ideas behind the work.
