Lead UX Designer

An internationally recognised gaming company is looking for a Lead UX Designer to join their growing team and take the lead on all UX aspects from new designs to improving the basics and fixing flaws.
You enjoy working with Product Owners, Project Managers, Business Analysts and key stakeholders to lead designs from conception to delivery. You are known for your innovation and ability to embed your research data into your work, you'll reinforce product vision, brand and objectives. Confidently presenting and discussing your solutions, you'll be seen as an integral part of the design process.

Essential skills / behaviours
Having developed your career within high transactional, customer facing, well known brands, you'll be used to creating customer centric user journeys, designing site maps, annotated wireframes, mock ups and prototypes. You'll push yourself by using both best practice and the newest UX techniques and trends. This could include creating personas, facilitating, planning, researching and analysing information to validate your decisions and fine tune each individual user experience and justify a solution. You also understand complex systems, processes and the relationships of people and products. Easily balancing UX, business needs, technical feasibility and time-to-market to create thoughtful experiences wherever, whenever customers chose to play.

You'll have the best of both worlds, an agency environment with the added extras of working for a FTSE250 business. Take advantage of heavily discounted travel throughout London (zones 1-6 included), excellent holidays (including your birthday day off), private healthcare, pension and many lifestyle discounts.
