A design led structural and civil engineering firm are looking for an experienced Marketing and Communications Manager to join the team based in central London. This firm have a diverse portfolio of projects in various sectors including cultural, large scale residential, commercial and hotels. As the Marketing and Communications Manager, you will be instrumental in proactively developing and implementing strategic marketing and communication plans including campaigns to position and promote the firm. This is a fantastic opportunity to make your mark in a highly thought of engineering firm in a collaborative and supportive working environment.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Working with the Director of Marketing and Operations to develop an integrated marketing and communications strategy. PR, marketing, on-line.
  • Content Generation.
  • Digital and Social Media - manage and develop the firms on-line profile as well as monitoring and posting on behalf of company accounts.
  • PR - Identify new stories, oversee relationship with PR agency, awards.
  • Events
  • Internal Communications

You'll be supported by the Brand Manager and Bid Coordinator and guided by the Marketing Director.

You will ideally come with a minimum of 8 years marketing experience including strategic planning, managing and budgeting.
