The Fix Creative are working with a Luxury creative communication agency with a powerful reputation of creating, developing and
communicating  in  the  specialist  language  of  premium  and  luxury  brands  creating  the  perfect customer experience.
They are on the hunt for an Account director.

As  Account  Director  the  role  is  to  provide  planning  and  strategic  advice  to  clients  and  is responsible for the development and overall profitability of new and existing clients under their management.You will need existing skills and knowledge gained over several years experience either client or agency side we expect the AD to “hit the ground running”
Also will be expected to direct the account(s) to ensure creative and service
excellence. Service excellence encompasses visionary strategy, innovative creativity and quality
campaign delivery. As AD we will also expect you to build exceptionally strong client relationships and to have a proven track record of this.

•Responsible for the strategic development of the account, working with the Managing
Director, when appropriate.
•Responsible  for  delivering  creative  and  service  excellence  on  designated  accounts,
through first class company teamwork.
•Responsible for your work forecast and WIP and communicating with the Finance Manager
and Ops Director at all times.
•Responsible for budgets, growth and profitability of your projects.
•Ensures that targets are met, when given.
•Manages the forecasting process and negotiates fees with clients.
•Ensures that the standard of service the Agency provides to clients continually meets and exceeds clients expectations.
