Client Services Director

Are you currently seeking new opportunities? Are you looking to work for an award winning branding company? This position as a Client Services Director should not be missed. Based in Shoreditch, our client has received numerous awards in both branding and retail.

Roles and responsibilities

  • To build strong client relationships to the highest level: deeply understanding the clients businesses and their issues, understanding them as people and the environment in which they need to deliver.
  • To lead and nurture the client services team: to provide the most effective strategic partnerships with clients, influencers and stakeholders, helping build long term growth for the clients and for your company
  • To help identify and convert new business opportunities: leveraging every client opportunity and instilling a culture of long term partnering into the way we do business.

Qualities and experience

As Client Services Director you will be able to demonstrate a range of skills and experience.

  • You will have 8+ years of work experience, ability to manage and develop a growing team (currently three)
  • responsible for the development of your team and instilling confidence in clients
  • a great communicator
  • You will need to inspire your team, and create harmonious and stimulating working partnerships
  • management skills are key
  • You will need a proven track record in growing accounts and winning new business/pitches
  • great sector knowledge from experiential to brand, tech/digital and retail
  • Your strategic ability and client insight should be impeccable.
