Who we are:
Our client is an innovative, independent creative studio, delivering multi-disciplinary projects across the globe. They are structured around six core crafts – design, moving image, code, copy, spacial design and live. Due to continued success our client are now looking to add a Studio Assistant to their team!

• ambition to learn, support and be a part of a talented creative team
• excellent computer skills – able to use Microsoft Office to a high standard
• you are inquisitive and passionate about learning
Key responsibilities:
• be a vital part of the operations team to ensure the smooth running of our studio
• supporting the project and production teams to deliver projects on time and on budget to the highest standard
• assisting onsite with photoshoots, installations, events and builds
• acting as a day to day runner for the studio
• support the team with ad-hoc duties on a project by project basis
• researching and sourcing quotes
• booking couriers, wrapping, packing, delivering, collecting, banking, and all general administrative duties across the studio
• answering the telephone. taking messages
• keeping the studio tidy, fully stocked and fully operational
• meeting visitors, making people welcome, offering them refreshments
• troubleshooting any studio tech issues
• arrange travel, book hotels, restaurants
• booking freelancers
• entering POs, logging invoices, collating expenses, collecting receipts
• database management, data collection
• finding new suppliers

• minimum one year experience within a studio environment
