MOTION DESIGNERS ALL LEVELS FULL TIME – Jun (20K+) MW Senior (36k+)

Our client is a Creative Production House in Hertfordshire and they are currently looking for Motion Graphics Designers. They are based in Hertfordshire- very good links to London via trains-quick and super easy journey to Kings Cross. They specialise in TV and digital advertising, motion design, branding and animation. They are looking for a highly creative Senior Motion Designer to join our talented team. This is a great opportunity to work in a friendly team environment with great clients on a wide range of projects.

Skills & Experience required - Junior Motion Designer

  • Confident use of Cinema 4D.
  • Confident use of After Effects.
  • Have a Strong eye for detail & composition.
  • Be Self-Motivated.
  • Can work in a team or solo.
  • Have a Basic understanding of Lighting, Texturing, Modeling and Rendering.
  • Eager to learn and develop within our expanding team.
  • NUKE/Houdini knowledge is a plus!
  • Octane/Arnold knowledge is a plus!

Responsibilities: Junior Motion Designer

  • Translate design concepts/storyboards to Create High-End Motion Graphic Edits.
  • Responsible for creating/checking multiple outputs for clients.
  • Excellent time management on projects.
  • Hitting Key Deadlines.
  • Strong Design Skills.
  • Keeping up to date with new CG trends/Techniques.
  • Excellent comms between departments and own team.

Skills & Experience: Mid Weight Motion Designer

  • Good use of Cinema 4D. (2-3 Years)
  • Good use of After Effects.  (2-3 Years)
  • Have a Strong eye for detail & composition.
  • Be Self-Motivated.
  • Can work in a team or solo.
  • Have a Good understanding of Lighting, Texturing, Modeling and Rendering.
  • Eager to learn and develop within our expanding team.
  • NUKE/Houdini knowledge is a plus!
  • Octane/Arnold knowledge is a plus!

•             Strong written and oral communication skills

•             Passion to look into new Software and techniques

•             Ability to lead a project from Storyboard to Final Output.

•             Eager to mentor and help develop members of staff within our expanding team.

•             NUKE/Houdini knowledge is a plus!

•             Octane/Arnold knowledge is a plus!

Responsibilities: Senior Motion Designer

•             Translate design concepts/storyboards to Create High-End Motion Graphic Edits

•             The candidate will support the Lead Motion Designers/Creative Team.

•             The candidate will help to lead projects and manage freelancers

•             Responsible for creating/checking multiple outputs for clients

•             Excellent time management on projects

•             Hitting Key Deadlines

•             Strong Design Skills

•             Keeping up to date with new CG trends/Techniques

•             Project quality control and assessment to our clients high standards (QC’ing work)

•             Excellent comms between departments and own team.

•             The candidate on occasion will liaise directly with the client on calls and emails. 

•             The candidate on occasion be asked to attend pitches with the a creative and CPS representative
