Content Studio Manager
Central London based integrated agency have created a Content Studio that will work largely as 'direct to maker', allowing their clients to brief the Content Studio directly.
They are now looking for a dynamic hands-on Studio Manager to lead this offering.
Given the fast-paced nature of work, the team are self-managed with the Studio Manager responsible managing the resource and juggling the delivery of requirements coming from clients and internal departments.
The Content Studio will be a team of eight. Four artworkers including the new Manager, one Junior Designer, two Copywriters and a Content Loader/Web Manager.
As with any Studio Manager, attention to detail is paramount. The Content Studio Manager will be responsible for final sign-off for all assets leaving the agency - namely, the final check against brand guidelines, checking sizes, resolution of images and assets against specifications and so on.
The person they are looking for must be a self-motivated individual, with the ability to produce high quality print ready artwork from an existing design, who can also demonstrate experienced digital artworking abilities. They must be able to work on online projects, including emails and potentially creating static banners.
This role would suit a team-oriented, motivated individual with excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and skills and experience gained in a similar environment. This will be a fast moving environment the ability to stay calm under pressure is also essential.
