Our client is a busy communications agency based in Central London that works across accounts, ranging from news to gaming and commercial. This agency is fully integrated, with experts working on creative, design, digital content creation, UX and development through to brand strategy, media planning and buying. At this agency, you will have the opportunity to work on projects that influence people as well as working in an excellent team environment.

Role: You will work closely with three senior project managers and report to the Head of Project Management, offering a valuable learning experience and highlighting the opportunity for career progression at the agency. You will create and manage project timelines and budgets, develop a strong working relationship with the account management team, manage client briefs and communicate these to the studio, ensure all work has been through QC processes and client requirements are met. Aside from the project management responsibilities, this role will be heavily client facing, meaning that the development, maintenance and extension of client relationships will be a key aspect of this role. You will also gain a deep understanding of the client’s business, projects, budgets and KPIs. Proficiency in Excel is a must, familiarity with Kanban and Scrum is important and TV experience would be advantageous. This role is for somebody at a midweight level, ideally with experience on press, emails, radio and digital OOH projects.

Ideal Candidate: The ideal candidate will have managed creative or production projects in the past. You will be used to creating project plans including scope of work and timing plans. You will have a keen eye for detail, excellent organisational skills, strong interpersonal/communication skills as well as strong analytical and numerical skills. Finally, you will be proactive and a friendly, positive team player, committed to high-quality output and service.
