Sales Manager- Contemporary Furniture
This is a new opportunity that has arisen within a growing contemporary furniture design company based in Chelsea.The company has received due recognition within the luxury interior design industry for its distinctive designs and collaborations with high profile designers. The unique furniture pieces are seen in some of the finest luxury homes and high end hotels throughout the world.
The role will function to look after all incoming sales enquiries, building relationships with new clients and achieving sales. Supporting the MD when required with client presentations and occasional trips abroad to represent the company.
The Sales Manager duties will involve:
Handling all incoming international enquiries, providing first-rate customer care and building excellent relationships with the existing database.
Driving, nurturing and maximising furniture sales to meet and exceed monthly sales targets
Actively managing key distribution partners and agents
Appointment setting, travelling to key clients and distributors to maximize sales opportunities and promote best practice sales processes.
Weekly and ad-hoc reporting of key activities, opportunities and results to MD.
Creation of sales tools, presentations and client training materials
Development and organization of co-marketing opportunities
Co-ordination of sales materials for exhibitions and key interiors / furniture trade events.
Working with MD to establish sales objectives and projections by product, region and territory.
Full involvement with order process and related administration, including maintaining the CRM system
Conduct competitive market analysis and stay abreast of industry news and trends
Attend and present at UK and International furniture / design events.

Candidates must have experience gained within a furniture or interiors sales role.
Monday to Friday only. Basic up to £40,000 based on experience plus commission adding approx £7000+
