An integrated marketing agency requires a Creative Group Head to lead, motivate and inspire their design team. Candidates should have a strong focus in shopper marketing, as well as art direction experience for POS and retail. You'll lead all projects for your team, from pitching through to campaign development to final artwork production sign off.  Pushing the boundaries of concept creation, art direction, retail innovation and digital ideas, while maintaining commercial reality.  Working with Art Directors, Copywriters, Account Directors and the CD to originate campaigns and key art. You will work across a wide spectrum of formats including Key Art, ATL & Press, Shopper Journey, Digital Design and Apps, Social Media, Retail Environments and POS, Branding, Packaging and Marketing. We're looking for someone who can create, understand and work within brand guidelines and act as brand guardian.  You should have an awareness of the bigger commercial picture, with consideration for creative budgets, P&L and resources. You will assist the account team & COO in pitching and building external relationships, generating new business and increasing revenue.  This role requires someone with proven experience managing a team within a similar agency environment
