Our Client with offices in London & Surrey is looking to add a talented Senior Interior Designer to their Egham Office. Our client creates quality commercial interiors which positively impact on business productivity and employee satisfaction. Growing year on year they feel the time is right once again to add to their team. 
General purpose of role:
Working on 5-6 projects at any one time, the Senior Designer’s role is to provide creative design solutions from the initial brief to pitching to the client and handover of the project.
They will achieve this by working closely with the sales and pre con team and be partnered with a Technical Designer who will produce the drawing packages and work alongside the Senior Designer on the project from handover to free up time to focus front end and pitching new work.

Key Accountabilities:
Take, interpret and develop the initial client brief
Strategise within the internal project team (sales, pre con, workplace consultants, contracts) on how to approach and win projects
Produce and present client pitches in a very competitive environment
Work with the allocated Technical Designer /Architectural Technician through-out the project
Work closely with the Design Director and Creative Director/Creative Manager
To keep abreast of any design trends and changes/upgrades etc. in software necessary to be at the cutting edge of creative design development.

Professional Skills & Experience:
Proven track record with D&B experience (preferable) or from a consultancy background
Commercial office interiors experience essential
Must have a proven track record of winning and working on projects 20,000 sq ft plus
Experience of working on projects c£1m+:
Ability and proven track record of pitching and winning work in a competitive situation
AutoCAD, PowerPoint, Photoshop skills (essential)
M-Colour, Sketch Up, InDesign (preferable)

Salary & Benefits:
Salary competitive (subject to negotiation depending on level of experience)
Car allowance - £6600 per annum
Good commission structure
