We have an exciting new role for an innovative Creative Director with experience in e-commerce - this is a role for someone that is itching to get their hands on a successful brand and inject some fresh new styling and thinking.

Working alongside the Brand and Content Leads this person will provide the creative strategic direction, will inspire the talented team of Designers and will bring bags full of brilliant new ideas and clever thinking.

This role is perfect for a person who is a Brand builder / Art Director / Mentor hybrid: you will be:

An Art Director that has remained hands-on, loves to be involved in crafting great shoots across photography and video with experience building brands

Brand Guardian: someone that has plenty of experience in crafting resilient, intelligent and beautiful brands across every touchpoint online, offline, social and moving...

A Leader: Energising and motivating teams with both strong leadership and a stand out portfolio that inspires them

What will you be doing?

Working on the brand strategy with the Brand Lead from initial data, analytics and user feedback and providing visual solutions

Creating a brand book that is uniform, freshening up the existing look and feel and rolling it out across multiple territories. Which includes creating style guides, introducing best practices and owning and developing the brand book and asset library

You'll mentor, manage, inspire, recruit, coach and guide the creative team

Introduce and define the creative process: creative strategy, asset production schedule, pipelines and workflows

Identify, appoint and manage external design, video and photography resources and lead all external video and photoshoots for use across the site, campaigns and social videos.

What will you need for this role?

Experience of working at a Senior Design Level in ecommerce, fashion, retail or online publishing: Creative Director, Design Director or Senior Art Director

Strong people management and leadership skills with the ability to manage a large, diverse team and proven track record of fostering great talent. Experience of managing 4 Designers + is ideal.

You must be packed full of brilliant ideas be an innovative thinker, be excited by current design trends and platforms and be able to reinvigorate and drive the brand forward

Must have remained hands-on in CS and After Effects and love to jump on the mac and get stuck in to producing quality results
