Become the lynchpin to great business growth!

Our client is independent design-led studio in central/east London. Independently owned, and with a healthy focus on producing great work for meaningful purposes, their clients are mainly in public sector, education, charity and cultural sectors.

As a proven business development specialist with agency experience, you will join a small (but perfectly formed) team who love a strategic challenge and thrive on producing relevant solutions: starting at brand and rolling out communications programmes in print and digital.

After a good immersion in the business working with the managing partners,  you will develop and nurture  new business opportunities and also assess and control the response to tender requests. Working from planning and research stage and managing a CRM database, your role will be end to end. An articulate, presentable, confident person you will have great writing capabilities and a healthy dose of initiative and common sense.

Understanding of the client industry sectors, a passion for design and communications and previous new business experience working in a similar agency, would be ideal.

You might have a couple of years experience and be hungry for a decent base salary and commission or at the more experienced end and looking for a healthy base only. We can discuss either option.

If you are a BD guru and are looking for a permanent role please get in touch.
