The Client Services Director should have proven experience in first and foremost, branding. And then retail, environments, experience and digital are also important. They are experts in retail communications, storytelling, and connected spaces.
The key role overview:
+ Experience in branding, and retail or experience, as well as digital understanding
+ To build strong client relationships to the highest level, deeply understand a clients' business
+ Lead and nurture the Client Services Team
+ Provide effective strategic partnerships with clients, influencers, stakeholders
+ Help to identify and convert new business opportunities
+ Work closely with their New Business Director to develop servicing and process aspect of pitches and contribute to the process to win new business
+ Instil sense of long-term partnering into the way they do business
+ Responsible for reporting progress at regular management meetings
