The Digital Designer will join the team and help them meet their current digital needs as well as help shape the future. You will get the opportunity to work with a great team on strong creative, with lots of room for personal growth and achievement.
You will be reporting in to the agency's Head of Design and work alongside a strong team of juniors, mids and senior designers.
A primary focus on the design of regular eDMs, joining a tight-knit team of a dedicated in-house developer, copywriter and account handler
Designing homepage takeovers and client website graphics/layouts
Using digital knowledge and expertise to add value and support in developing wider campaign ideas
Helping to develop the creative / studio teams' knowledge of digital
Being an important part of the team that grows our digital offering over time for our existing clients and our ambitions for additional new business
Proven experience in designing of eDM and other eCRM creative
A good, general understanding of the other steps of the process - for example, appreciating what the developer may need and vice versa
Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator is essential
Knowledge of Dreamweaver and After Effects is useful
Experience in creating animated gifs or other animations is a bonus
Good communication and time management
Stays abreast of latest technologies and trends in the digital field
An overall thirst for great design regardless of the media channel
Enthusiastic, willing to learn, have a good creative eye
