Our Surrey based client is looking for some real talent to join their growing team! 

The Role
This is a key senior role within the agency as you will be taking responsibility for the most high profile briefs. Producing work that sets a high standard, you will ideally have a background in executing great digital campaigns. You will also be responsible and a role model for more junior members of the team, demonstrating a consistent high level of creativity for our clients challenges and be passionate about the work we do – an ambassador for the agency.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Display best-in-class digital design skills and knowledge
  • Take responsibility for creative pitches and concept work from creative briefs
  • Work closely with the Digital department to ensure deadlines are met and the best possible solutions for digital projects are chosen and are on budget
  • Work closely with members of Account Management and the Studio to ensure best practice is met on the planning, implementation and management of projects
  • Constantly review the way we work to benefit the client and agency – looking for smarter and more efficient ways of working, keeping up to speed with industry innovations and trends
  • To pro-actively work with all levels of seniority within the client’s team
  • Present your work to relevant agency contacts
  • Attend ‘work in progress’ (WIPs) and ‘first thoughts’ meetings and be the brand guardian when required
  • Ensure that work is completed within time and budget, raising any concerns at the outset of a project

Skills and Expertise

  • An understanding of advertising and marketing principles
  • A solid understanding of design principles and how they apply across digital
  • Be strong across typography, grids, pixels, photography and motion graphics
  • Excellent working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
  • Problem solving and an ability to implement new and innovative solutions
  • Have a keen eye for detail and great communication skills

  • Educated to degree level in design, or an equivalent level of experience
