Position: Account Director
Our client is recruiting for an exceptional Account Director to further strengthen an already excellent Account Team.
One of the leading integrated marketing agencies in Kent working with an exceptional list of international and nationally renowned clients on a wide variety of projects. Due to continued growth we are looking to expand the team.
The position requires getting involved in all aspects of the marketing mix from digital (including web, apps, database, email, online advertising, mobile and CRM builds) to creative (advertising, direct mail, literature, POS etc.).
You will need to work closely with internal staff (web developers and creative), external suppliers (printers, POS manufacturers) and most importantly build excellent relationships with our clients.
The role will report our Client Services Director and will have three direct reports. Salary is negotiable and subject to experience
You will have the ability to delight our clients daily and make things happen on time, to budget and to a standard that exceeds even the most demanding of individuals. We have built a reputation for quality so the role requires you to maintain and build on the very strong relationships we already have.
You must have previous experience within an agency either as Account Director or Senior Account Manager and be able to demonstrate growth in your accounts. You should have great project management skills to be able to control multi-faceted projects, whilst getting the most out of those around you.
Significant digital experience is essential. Much of our delivery is through the Digital Team which means you will need to have a thorough understanding and ability to converse about and manage digital projects.
