We’re looking for a UX Development Manager who will lead a group of Front-end Innovation Developers and be Product Owner for an Online / App Project Development Stream.

As a Product Leader you will be project managing; UX designers, UX architects, UX researchers and switching seamlessly between product owner, product manager and innovator. With a results driven mind-set and previous experience in product development you will be managing the full software development lifecycle, spearheading the project, instinctively knowing which feature is next and how the UX should behave.

Ultimately your success will be measured by launching an MVP product, iterating quickly to achieve rapid user growth and user engagement. You will be responsible for managing the concept, UX design; configuration and feature development whilst maintaining ROI, long-term vision and strategy.

  • You will be a Product Owner within an Online / App Project Stream
  • Assist in the set-up of the UX Lab team at Next
  • Work alongside and help manage a UX innovations front-end development team to help create Next 2.0
  • Gather the user requirements and transform them into user stories / specifications so the development team has a clear view on what needs to be developed
  • Work alongside Systems project managers to create weekly sprints plans, prioritise tasks, and monitor progress to ensure we develop an amazing product at a timely pace.
  • Work with key stakeholders to constantly develop the product.
  • You will represent the “voice of the customer” through the delivery lifecycle by bringing knowledge UX.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the product roadmap, including management & prioritisation of features backlog
  • Approve user stories & own the product Epic List
  • Provide direction to scrum teams
  • Interface with the business & work with the business & identify any process changes required
  • Ensure alignment with the Business Owner and Head of UX
  • Generate Revenue!

Skills:

  • Must have experience and knowledge of web / app platforms
  • Come from a technical and UX background

  • Work with key stakeholders to constantly develop the product.
  • Manage stakeholders across the business including Technology, Risk, Security & Compliance

Requirements:
