We are looking for a Client Services Director who has a proven track record in growing accounts and winning new business/pitches. You must have great sector knowledge from experiential to digital.
You will be responsible for the guidance and development of your team so it is essential you are a great communicator, able to inspire your team and spot potential.
*Leading and inspiring the Client Services team to deliver the agency's vision
*Developing and Implementing Business Development/New Business strategy
*Working with the Financial Director and the Operations & Communications Director to ensure correct resource allocation on projects
*Developing and implementing internal processes to improve and maintain efficiency.
*A committed and experienced professional, who is self-motivated and dedicated to leadership and organisational improvement.
*Highly organised and focused, with a sharp analytical mind.
*Willing to turn their hand to various tasks within a small but growing team.
*Able to identify and spread industry best practices within a team of technical and creative professionals.
*A strong and well known industry presence is desirable.
*Broad network of industry contacts.
*Working effectively in a leadership role, including developing teams and people - you will have held an equivalent senior position, or be able to show relevant experience.
*Proven experience of developing sustainable business models and / or a high level of commercial awareness, along with a track record in leading long term planning processes.
*Proven ability to scale and manage large client accounts.
*Strong negotiation, influencing skills and an ability to persuade at all levels of an agency or client.
*An entrepreneurial spirit and innovative mind set.
*A strong track record in the digital sector.
