Content Development and Optimization
- Support the company with the development of optimised, innovative, relevant and engaging content across a multitude of channels.
- Create engaging editorial, content campaigns and relevant content to raise brand awareness
- with a clear focus on measurable results.
- Responsible for copy-writing, co-ordinating external content production, proof reading, content distribution via the website, CRM platform, marketing collaterals and social media.
- Work with the Marketing Manager to help develop the agency Marketing and Content
- Develop and utilise the content calendar to, plan, schedule, and spot future content
- Test, analyse, and track response to marketing activities and campaigns, and produce
reports and analysis of results.

- Develop content for website to drive traffic and awareness of the brand,
offer, projects and thought leadership, ensuring the website is continually, fresh, interesting
and up-to-date.
- Build upon the success of the website/suggest improvements by regularly monitoring the performance of content via analytics/competitor reviews.
- Day-to-day management of the website and the relationship with internal and external website stakeholders, daily monitor the website for technical issues and any necessary updates.

Social Media
- Take a key role in developing social media strategy.
- Create the monthly programme of social media activity; ensuring content is relevant to business objectives.
- Utilise the social media strategy to deliver the right content to the right audience via the
most appropriate channel.
- Develop new initiatives to increase social media presence, increasing engagement
and followers.
- Assist in designing and managing innovative social media campaigns to engage with our
clients, prospects and staff using a variety of social media channels including Twitter,
Linkedin etc
- Develop initiatives for staff to further engage with social media and reflect the culture
of the company more successfully.
- Develop initiatives to make social more collaborative and integrated to appeal to a broader

About you:

- Be degree educated to a 2.1 standard in a relevant degree, including Marketing/ Comms/
- Previous experience of working in a similar role, ideally within an agency.
- Excellent copy writing skills, with examples of strong content generation.
- Possess impressive examples of strong content generation.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage and prioritise workload effectively.
- Proactive approach with the ability to use own initiative and drive to push for completion of
- Good Photoshop skills.
- Skilled in Google Analytics.
- Meticulous attention to detail, with previous experience of proof reading documents.
- Flexible approach to work.
- Diplomatic and collaborative.
- A keen interest in retail.
